We (Donnie and Phil) are hands-on builders for our customers but we still can’t do it all ourselves. We have a great team of both Thistle Construction employees and sub-trades we contract with. Now, this may not seem that different but the key point is that we apply our relationship building and caring ways to working with our team, whether they are an employee or sub-trade. This has resulted in higher quality work from the team than you may see elsewhere.  Our team understands and lives up to the focus that we apply to Thistle Construction customers.
